1. Sponsor
This prize drawing ("Drawing") is sponsored by Senior Simple LLC, 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #35036, Houston, TX 77064 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open only to licensed independent insurance agents who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Drawing is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
Senior Simple runs prize drawings periodically at industry conferences and events. Each Drawing has its own Entry Period, listed in the Drawing Details above. The current Drawing begins on the start date and ends on the end date shown there. Entries submitted before or after an Entry Period will not be accepted for that Drawing, and entrants are welcome to enter any future Drawing when its Entry Period opens.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the entry form at seniorsimple.io/giveaway during the Entry Period. Entrants must provide their full name and email address. Agency name is optional. Providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages are entirely optional and do not affect your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
5. Prize
The prize and its approximate retail value are listed in the Drawing Details above. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize not expressly stated herein.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about the drawing date listed in the Drawing Details above. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and agency name for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Drawing as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Drawing or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Drawing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Drawing will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Providing a mobile number and SMS consent is optional; mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
