How do I get started?
Create your agency account, verify your email, complete your agency profile, then invite your team. See Getting started.
Why can't I send invites yet?
Complete your agency profile first (display name, logo, contact phone, and email). Invites unlock once your profile is complete.
How do I import or add clients?
Create clients one at a time, import from your connected CRM filtered by tag, or upload a file. See the client management docs.
How do I connect my CRM?
Go to Settings → Integrations and choose "Connect CRM," then authorize and pick the account or location to link. See Connecting your CRM.
The CRM custom fields didn't appear — what do I do?
Re-run setup from Settings → Integrations. If they still don't appear, contact support.
How does billing work?
Manage your subscription under Settings → Billing.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?

It's a secure form to share your doctors, pharmacies, and medications so your agent can review your Medicare plan options. You don't need an account — just verify your last name and date of birth to open it.
My link expired or won't open.
Ask your agent to resend it. For anything else, contact us.
