This page describes how Senior Simple LLC ("Senior Simple," "we," "us," or "our") collects consent for SMS (text message) communications, what messages we send, how often we send them, and how recipients can stop receiving them. It is intended to satisfy A2P 10DLC carrier disclosure requirements and to give recipients a clear, plain-language explanation of the program.
About This Messaging Program
Senior Simple operates an SMS program tied to the pre-launch waitlist and Founding Member program for ClientKeep by Senior Simple, a Medicare-agent practice management platform launching on June 14, 2026. The program is used solely to send transactional and informational updates to independent Medicare insurance agents who have affirmatively requested to receive them.
This program is not used for cold outreach, prospecting, marketing to consumers, or any communications with Medicare beneficiaries. We do not message anyone who has not opted in through our waitlist form.
Who Receives Messages
SMS messages are sent only to:
- Independent Medicare agents who joined the ClientKeep waitlist at seniorsimple.io and checked the box authorizing SMS communications;
- Founding Members of ClientKeep who have provided their mobile number during onboarding; and
- Senior Simple employees, contractors, and authorized partners enrolled by the account owner for quality-assurance testing.
We do not purchase, rent, or import third-party SMS lists, and we do not message numbers that have not been directly and affirmatively provided to us by the recipient.
How Consent Is Collected
Consent is collected through an unchecked opt-in checkbox on the ClientKeep waitlist form at seniorsimple.io. Before submitting, the recipient is shown the following disclosure adjacent to the checkbox:
"Text me launch updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. See our SMS Terms."
The checkbox is never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of joining the waitlist, becoming a Founding Member, or purchasing any Senior Simple product or service. A recipient may complete the waitlist form without opting in to SMS.
Message Types
Messages sent under this program may include:
- Waitlist confirmation and position updates;
- Pre-launch notifications and reminders about the June 14, 2026 launch date;
- Founding Member onboarding instructions and time-sensitive scheduling messages;
- Product availability, account, and security notifications related to ClientKeep; and
- Responses to recipient-initiated questions or HELP keyword requests.
All messages identify themselves as coming from Senior Simple or ClientKeep. We do not send promotional content for third parties and we do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers to anyone for any purpose.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on where you are in the waitlist and onboarding lifecycle. Typical frequency is fewer than four messages per month, with brief periods of higher frequency around the June 14, 2026 product launch and during a recipient's Founding Member onboarding window.
Costs
Senior Simple does not charge a fee for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Senior Simple at any time by replying to any message with any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After we receive your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your removal, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in. You may also email hello@seniorsimple.io to request removal.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message from us and you will receive an automated response with information about the program and a contact email. Sample HELP response:
"Senior Simple: For help with your ClientKeep waitlist or SMS preferences, contact hello@seniorsimple.io. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in status are collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data, mobile numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages (for example, our SMS platform and telecommunications carriers), and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.
Eligibility
This SMS program is available only to recipients located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who own or are the authorized user of the mobile number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Changes to This Page
We may update this SMS Consent & Messaging Terms page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, carrier requirements, or applicable law. The "Effective Date" above will indicate when the page was last updated. Material changes will be communicated through the waitlist email list or, where appropriate, by SMS.
