These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at seniorsimple.io (the "Site") and any communications you receive from Senior Simple LLC ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with our pre-launch waitlist and the upcoming ClientKeep by Senior Simple product. By using the Site or submitting your information through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to pre-launch interactions only. A separate end-user license agreement and master services agreement will govern your use of the ClientKeep platform itself once it is generally available.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Senior Simple LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
2. Service Description
The Site currently provides information about the upcoming ClientKeep by Senior Simple product, an enrollment and client management platform built for independent Medicare insurance agents. Through the Site, you may join a pre-launch waitlist, request early access as a Founding Member, and receive communications related to the product launch on June 14, 2026.
By joining the waitlist, you may receive communications via email and, where you separately consent, text message regarding the ClientKeep launch, early-access offers, and related product updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
3. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Senior Simple LLC related to your waitlist registration, the ClientKeep launch, and other information relevant to your relationship with us. These communications may be delivered via email, text message, or phone call, depending on your consent preferences. Promotional or marketing messages will only be sent where you have separately provided consent. Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions
We may send transactional and, where separately consented to, promotional mobile messages. Transactional messages may include waitlist confirmations, launch notifications, and customer support communications. Promotional messages may include special offers or announcements related to ClientKeep or other Senior Simple offerings.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. We anticipate low message volume — typically no more than four messages per month.

- How to opt in: You opt in by submitting your phone number through the waitlist form available on seniorsimple.io.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
6. Opt-In and Opt-Out
User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring SMS messages from Senior Simple LLC at the number provided, even if the number is registered on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list, where permitted by applicable law and your consent preferences. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided. If your number changes, you agree to notify us promptly at hello@seniorsimple.io.
User Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. For help, reply HELP to any message.
Our messaging platform may not recognize requests that do not use supported keywords. While our messaging platform recognizes standard opt-out keywords, we make reasonable efforts to honor clear opt-out requests communicated through other means as well. If we change the phone number used for messaging, we will provide notice where required.
7. Founding Member Program
The Founding Member program is offered to the first one hundred (100) agents who join the waitlist and complete the registration process. Founding Member status entitles eligible participants to: (a) the introductory subscription rate locked in for the life of the account, subject to continuous active subscription; (b) early access to ClientKeep prior to the public launch on June 14, 2026; and (c) a named onboarding contact during the first year of service.
Founding Member status is subject to verification of eligibility (including but not limited to active independent Medicare agent status), and Senior Simple LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Founding Member terms become binding only upon execution of the ClientKeep subscription agreement at or after launch.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Senior Simple LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and the information provided on it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Information about ClientKeep features, pricing, and launch timing is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change prior to general availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Senior Simple LLC, its members, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any communications received in connection with the waitlist.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
